Submissions should be between 750-1000 words. 

Include the following:

• Your article in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx)
• 1 - 5 high quality photos in JPG format with a resolution of 1280 x 720 or higher. 
• An author biography of 100-150 words
• A headshot to accompany your article
